Description	Fermon, the farmer south of Trelis, has got some problems with rebels, who keep raiding his farm again and again, making him unable to pay his rent. Hengley in the Nemora rebel camp admits being responsible. Once identifying the rebel boss in Nemora, you can turn in Hengley and finish the quest.
